"Honest, Reliable mechanic in Hudson, MA"
Roy runs Jake's Garage. I feel very comfortable with his service and advice. He services my Toyota and keeps it healthy despite having 225k miles on it. Roy admits to needing help with the administrative aspects and he is in the process of getting that front office help, but he's got the service part nailed. He tells me frankly what he thinks I need, and as importnatly, what I don't need. I don't get that from the dealerships. And he charges me by the actual time spent, not by book rate. The value of his service far exceeds any I would get at the dealer. The office and garage isn't flashy and the lot isn't littered with sparkling cars like at the dealership, but the beauty in the eye of this beholder is the quality service Roy offers over the competition, and at a fair price.

"ROY IS GREAT!"
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF ROY AT JAKE'S GARAGE FOR YEARS. HE IS A TOP NOTCH HONEST MECHANIC WHO REALLY KNOWS CARS AND TREATS HIS CUSTOMERS WELL. GO SEE ROY AT JAKE'S IN HUDSON, MASS. HE WILL TREAT YOU AND YOUR CAR RIGHT!

""The Best" in town"
I am happy to respond to this survey. I have been a Hudson resident for 4 years and my mechanic I had gave up his bussiness. I found Jakes on my ride home 3 years ago & I would never go anywhere else! I have been very satisfied with all the service and advice Roy has given! My hats off to Roy at Jakes garage...Have refered some costomers and will continue to do so........

"Great work in a timely manner."
I have 2 vehicles both 10 years old that have been serviced by Jake's since purchase. Very reliable service. He always explain why things need to be done and what will be needed in the future.

"Great Shop and Great Service, Plus it's Local"
Everyone at Jake's is very nice. They all are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Their service is great and they are quick to get the job done. I would refer Jake's to anyone looking for a good deal and great service.

"One of a kind repair shop"
I have had my vehicles serviced by Jakes Garage for 10+ years. Although I was concerned about the future of the business when Jakes' Garage was purchased by its current owner a few years ago, my experiences with Roy, the new owner have been excellent. Roy is very accomodating and easy going. He is very courteous and hard working. There is no pressure and he has never failed to repair my vehicles in a timely manner. When he says it will be ready on a particular day and time, he hits that deadline. I would highly recommend Jakes Garage for auto repair. You will not find a more knowledgeable, hardworking, honest auto repair business in cental Massachusetts.

"An Honest Deal"
I've veen dealing with Roy for many years. He has always been honest and straightforward - two qualities that I find just as important as being a capable mechanic. I have never had a problem with any work he has done for me.

"Honest Mechanics"
I say "honest" because its the best you can say about ANY auto-repair shop. This place pulls no punches, they tell it like it is and you can proceed or go somewhere else. I did go elsewhere once, but never again. I trust Jakes Garage like I trust my doctor.
